Was hoping to see some reference to ridership increase in the face of gas and parking costs. I wasn't looking for a free ride. OT Reason: SF, and Boston are usually closely linked in RE value trending. Of late SF is still falling, while subway centric areas of desirable metro areas here -have been rising since mid/late 2006.
