Concerning the email troubles which it seems is an ISP thing, where att customers are not getting emails from Polk Audio. ATT needs to work with you as they need to see the errors you're getting back as an email is sent out. The site which you need to report the errors from is http://postmaster.bellsouth.net in the blocked issues.

    Well still can't change myself back to my *.bellsouth.net email account, as I can't be verified and then I blocked out of posting.

    I have a work around for my email, but feel for you other's that are in the same boat.
