I think theres a couple of you guys on here with this phone.
Im wanting to do a hard reset and get rid of all the ghey software that came preloaded that I won't ever use (saw how to do it online somewhere), but when I active sync it, i cant seem to bring up my contacts on the computer. And of course, I don't want to reset it and possibly lose all my contacts...
I'm not all that tech savvy, but I can usually figure stuff out after researching it on the internet...but for the life of me, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong or if I'm just not looking in the right place for it.
