About 6 months back my wife decided to order new windows. So I took the measurements and she phone a couple window companies. a couple guys come out tell my wife I measured wrong and she ordered the new windows. Today he came to install them after a month of reschedualing due to rain (half the time it never rained). He removed on of the windows and found out the frame of the windows weren't cased properly. They weren't double studs inside the wall(house is 60 years old) and from all the houses I worked on with dad 0 of them had double studs. So now I have two wait another month or 2 so he can order new windows to fit. Turns out my measurements were right on. My be next time they will listen to me. I my not be a window installer but I ain't no veternarian either but I know a horse a** when I smell one.

    If they are anything like the company that installed our large kitchen window get rid of them. I wouldn't hire those clowns again to put a window in a dog house and I do not own a dog.

    True statement.........if they've already dicked around on the dates to the tune of months, I'd ask for a refund (if you've given them anything) and hire someone else.
