Before last week a had a seller rating of 10, after completing a transaction with CP member ,roscoeiii, he left me some positive feed back and instead of my rating going up to 11 it has gone down to 9.

I sent a message to CP last week to tell them what happened and I still have a seller rating of 9, anybody know what I should do next?

Nothing. There's a glitch in the system. Just keep on keepin' on with good transactions. It's not super high on the priority list right now, but it will be addressed and remedied. I went from 170+ to 24. What it's doing is showing NEW transactions AFTER Justin imported Shack's list. Some people still have their old 'total', but once a new rating is left - it only shows NEW transactions after the import.

All the feedback is still there, it's an indexing issue or something.

    Cheers,

Man, I don't envy the cat who has to fix that. Damn sure doesn't sound like fun. Good luck to the "un"lucky gentleman.

The Democrats wanted a recount, and the rating card had a chad that wasn't completely punched out:p
Sorry I live in Broward county I could not resist:D
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I think the system is doing what Ebay used to do. It only gives 1+ point per user. Multiple feedbacks from the same user only count as one and since Justin entered all the old feedbacks under his name, we lose most of what he entered. This shouldn't be a hard problem to fix once Justin gets a chance to look at it.
