Sub-woofer from RM6800 system

I have the RM6800 speaker system and the line in ports on the back of the sub-woofer is loose and causing a lot of feedback. Is this something that's worth sending in for repair or just replace the sub, if repair is the best option does anyone have recommendations for a replacement sub.

Thanks

I purchased it from Circuity City about a year ago as a open box return.

You don't have to send the entire sub in- just the circuit board. Unplug the unit from the wall and the signal connections. Take a #2 Phillips head screw driver, unscrew the screws lining the perimeter of the back panel. You may have to pry a little but the back panel will come off. Then disconnect the red/black wire at the back of the woofer (friction fit).

Send the piece you just removed to our factory service center along with a copy of your receipt & description of problem:

They should be able to re-print you up a receipt. We need a copy of the receipt for any warranty claims.
