in-ceiling 5.1 speaker setup
I have a game room with 5.1 in-ceiling prewired. I will have the following speakers setup (bought a couple of speakers yesterday)
Front L, R
Polk Audio TC620i Round 2-Way In-Ceiling Speaker
Center
Pioneer 2-Way In-Wall Center Channel Speaker w/ Dual 4.5" Woofers, S-IW60T
Rear L,R
Polk Audio RC60i Round 2-Way In-Ceiling Speaker
My receiver is Panasonic SA-XR55S Home Theater Receiver. Any suggestions are highly appreciated, thanks

Lose the center and get another TC620i. It will sound like crap...

Completely different sonic signature. Unless you want to change all of the other speakers, ditch it...

All the speakers should be timbre matched."He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche -
Where's the .1? If you're planning on getting a traditional sub, the Polk PSW10 is an impressive deal @ $109 shipped from Amazon. I "downgraded" from the PSW110 after being unimpressed and returned a Dayton Sub-100 to PartsExpress that I couldn't find a happy place for. The 110 might dig a little deeper, but the 10 is much faster with music imho. After a half hour spent bass-crawling I couldn't be happier. At its current price nothing touches it.Currently listening to:
Marantz SR5004
Sony BDP-S370
Apple TV V2
Audio Technica AT-LP120
Mirage CMD-5 x 5
Bic H-100
