B&K Reference 4420

I just picked one of these up on the cheap and thought it would be a worthy comparison against the Outlaw M200's and Rotel RB-980BX I had in the house. Who knows, if I liked it, I may just keep it.
First impression: Completely floored. This baby is sweet, detailed, quiet, and has punch - basically everything I liked about my Acurus A200 combined with the Rotel. The part where it really beats the Rotel and Acurus? Low-volume playing. The other two seemed to lose punch and detail at lower listening levels, but this B&K is fairly detailed at lower volumes. The one area it lost against the other two is in the heat department (it heats up a little) and the quickness in the lower octaves that the Acurus had. All in all, this is definitely staying in the house and now the Outlaws must go.
Anybody else have any experience with this or similar B&K's? Just lookin for any complimentary or differing opinions on the amp.
I also ask because I'm wondering whether upgrading power cord on this will make it any better.
For $350, I'm very satisfied.

Wonderful amplifier, nice snag.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I've got the B&K Ref 2220 amp and love it.
How many wpc is your new 4420? Great price! -
The 4420 is listed as 225 w/channel but those are not in RMS. I think most people have said that it's realistically about 190-200 w/channel, which is more than I think I will need for now. If I could find one when I get some money down the road, I would like to try bi-amping with another one just because I'm so happy with this one. I really can't see myself ever finding a better amp than this for under $500.
