98 Porsche Boxster Dash Speakers

Can i fit 5-1/4 speakers in my Boxster's dash openings without an extreme amount of modification to dash ?

Most likely you will have to cut metal and up in the dash area its not easy due to the window angle, from what Crutchfield says you have 4" up there, so you would have to take out up to 1.25" of metal total....depending on how the 4"s are mounted...Even with the 4"s carried they say they are a modified fit.
