I have the RT55is (similar size and weight) on the Sanus New Foundation stands. They work very well, look good, and can be had for under $100.

Good Guys has the discontinued Sanus Steel foundation on sale from $200 to $99...works very well on my LSiFx that I would imagine would work fine too with your 9...
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

i like the sanus stands very much, i have RTi28 surrounds on 30" and my rears on 36" i didn't feel comfortable putting the LSI9's on 30". didn't seem very stable. i did notice that the 24" sanus new foundations have a larger top plate. would this be a better choice for the 9's. i use them for my mains so i think the height would be just about right.

    Nellis8166,
One of the most important things to consider is how high will the tweeter be when placed on the stand. They should be at your ear level when seated.

    frank,
right now i have them set up at about 40" which is perfect as far as height goes. my biggest concern is just the overall stability of the stand. i tried putting the 9s on 30' and first they were too high and second and more important they didn't seem very stable to me. would metal stands that I can fill with sand be a better choice???

    Shannon,
enjoyed your website. what is the height of the stands you have your 9's on??? one thing that i have to be careful of is that we have two cats and they play hard sometimes, they have been known to do some damage. maybe i worry too much

As for the blending. Well, lets just say they go together like Pea's and Carrots..
That's cool about the Mustang. we have helped with several mustang build ups if your needing any aftermarket parts let us know, or even if you need some help on deciding on what parts you need. Unlike most people that's in the performance Business we make $0 on parts for now. so we try to save people the Most money!.
