Anyone buy this one today? Bought the standard DVD and watched it on my HD-XA2 (screw Bluray), and it looked great upconverted and sounded awesome (even though I do love my lossless HD DVD's). The movie is a fun flick for those that haven't seen it.

My, as close to a daughter as I'll ever have, is in that movie. Her name is Rachel Wood and I'm damn proud of her.

Watched it last night. I walked out on it. Too long, too boring, and too much like the first one.

Is the Goofy short cartoon that was shown before NT2 at the theaters included on the DVD?

I wish there was a cartoon before all movie DVD's............heck they have enough other junk about going to jail you have to watch. Right now you have to settle for the little THX dude when you can get him.

It was ok, As predictable as all Nick's movies of late. Good effects and great acting,(by others) keep this movie watchable.

Ya I will agree that its a fun watch. Cheesed at times, but so is almost everything that has come out lately (See: Transformers). Still, fun plot, and integrated history into cinema, thus trying to raise America out of its legacy of ignorance. :)

    I would give it a 8.5/10.
Update: Once again allowed on polk forums from work! New job yaaaay. Well sorta.

The page 47 trick was cool; I didn't get it at first.

My family went to see it in the theater, when we left the first comment was..."So what's on page 47?"

We took it as the lead for a 3rd. I like these movies, they are fun, have a little interesting trivia, and they don't need excessive violence, profanity or nudity.

I picked this one up on a blind buy a few days ago and enjoyed it for the most part. Its not anything that had me jumping up and down, but, like the first one, it was entertaining and worth watching.

The action was pretty good as was the acting. The story got a little cheesey every once in a while but never so much that it got annoying. I actually thought the story was better in NT2 than in Indy 4!

Im sure there will be a third one and Ill watch that too.

All in all its worth seeing and if you can find it on sale somewhere Id suggest picking a copy up for your library.

    Id say a 7 out of 10
