Ok...just bought me a new LCD to replace my "component only" Mitsubishi HD RPTV, and since I can use HDMI from my HD DVD player to the LCD, I no longer need this little magic box. For those that have "component only" hdtv's, you've probably found out that HDMI is required for standard dvd upconversion, as you cannot upconvert via component due to HDCP. I've used this little gem for the last 3 months and it will work with HD DVD, Bluray, or regular upconverting dvd players. Instead of being limited to 480p with your standard dvd's, this device will allow your "component only" tv to display your standard dvd's to 1080i!

Here's a current ebay auction from the company that I purchased mine from containing all of the specs and price. I paid $185 shipped and will let this thing go for $110 shipped!
