I am opening up my new RTi10' (first towers i've ever bought). I feel silly having to ask this, but with the 2 outriggers you put on the bottom of the speaker, which way do they face. They seem slighty curved and i cant really tell from the small diagram which way the curved end faces. Do they face opposite each other as in curved end facing curved end?

And also are those stabilizer feet smart to use, i plan on using them as my living room is wall to wall carpet.

Sorry for the ridiculous question, call me paraniod i just want them on right lol.

The curved parts of the feet go towards the outside edges of the speakers. Does that help? It's best to use the outiggers on carpet or bare floors.

Well i do know the actual way to place them on, but just which way the curved edges face. I dont quite understand what you mean. My mind has been clustered and crazy with speakers and receivers and trying to decide things so its burnt out today lol.

Unless you mean the curved edges face front, then i get it.

I don't think it really matters.

Just put them the same way on both speakers.

I had RTi8"s, I put the flat edges outward, curved parts facing each other, because I liked the way it looked.

I did the opposite on the 10's. I put the curved surfaces out to match the grill curve. I'm sure it doesn't matter as it is personal preference. As long as the mounting screws line up, pick your look.

Ok guys thanks. I ended up facing the curved ends towards each other, i like how it looks. What a joy it was to unpack these babies, even the smell was wonderful. Like a kid at christmas:D.
