Any one have problems with paypal? They have limited my account and demand bank statments, credit card statements, utility bills and drivers license so far to remove the limited use of there service. They have even suggested the need for my SS #. It is a shame that Ebay bought them and is closing Bidpay. My credit card linked to Paypal was used in a fraud case and since it is a card that was used primarily for paypal, my wife does not trust them. I do not blame her. Any one know who regulates them or is that the governments issue with them. No FDIC regulations.

I haven't had any problems myself, but I have heard that they have a major class-action lawsuit against them for freezing people's accounts and not giving people access to the money in them. I have not used it for some time now.

I refuse to accept PayPal because of their fees. I instead use C2it, which is a completely free account. You can take, send, transfer money, all with ZERO fees. The only exception is international fund exchanges, which I think are a set $10 fee. It's Citibank's online money thing, and I have a Citibank credit card, so when I get money sent to my c2it account, I justg transfer it to my card and boom, there's my payment.

Go to c2it.com to sign up. I've used them several times and haven't ever had a problem.I forget exactly what information you have to provice to sign up....check it out though......
