Praise for Parts Express

I ordered a slew of parts from Parts Express a week ago. One of the ordered items was their 6' AR power cord; a good product line which I have been very happy with. When I order the cord, they said that there was a two week back order and that they would ship it when it came in. That was fine with me. I recently checked the site and the cable is now back ordered by two months! This made me a little made because all of their other length cords are in, except the 6' which has theT sorry, but have had an issue with the supplier on that length of product. If I wanted a longer length, they would ship that to me today at no extra cost. So I am happy to say that I currently have a 12' power cord in the mail that will be at my door by next week. The 12' length might be a little long for me, but I need one more and they definitely made up for their bad and came though to please the customer. I will continue to order from PE with no reservation and here's a big two thumbs up to you guys!
