We bought a 3-CD set of her earlier stuff, and as a very NONcountry music fan, I can say it is listenable - I will actually choose it and put it in. And absolutely she is a honey.. did you see her on SNL?
I really like the new song, but when I listen to it I can't help but think I'm *supposed* to like it.. it sounds very much like a song written specifically to be a pop hit. But she has a hell of a genuine voice.. she doesn't need the processing that many of the weak-voiced female singers need. -
