    Depending on the condition $600 could be a great price. If you have any interest in them i would take a look. At the least you could flip them if you dont like em and get your money back.

    +1 on the other comments. In 90-91 it was the 3.1's that first caught my attention, they were amazing. I wound up getting the 2.3's (bigger=better I suppose but I was younger and more stupid then) but you didn't lose a whole lot with the 3.1's. While I doubt anyone actually paid $2,500 for them in 1992 (probably closer to $1800), they would be a bargain at $600 or less if he's the first / second owner and they're in good shape. Let's say he'll take $450-$500 which would be about what you'd pay for very nice 1C's. That would be a good deal IMO. That plus you get that "one and only" MP signature. :rolleyes:
