I did have that issue as well when I was wireless. Not that I'm hard wired it's all good. If you are HW then you have another issue, what that is, I do not know.

Question: This online play, is it segregated by console type?
I mean, the place y'all are playing COD4 online, is it exclusive to PS3, or do people with PC's play there as well?
I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

Yes. No cross platform console gaming, yet. Dunno if it'll ever happen.

No one else is having any problems? I keep getting connection interrupted or an error message saying I have been signed out of Playstation Network.

used to play on PS2, now moved to PC. XboX gamers can play too.

Also heard a rumor that WoW is trying to head to multi-platform.

    No pun intended?:)

I finally think I fixed the problem. I had to adjust the port settings on my router as per Sony's recommendations.

I had problems all the time with my old router (Linksys) with me and my two boys on their PS3's and my wife occasionally on her laptop. Got booted constantly, but it was my cheapa$$ router. I just bought a new D-Link Wireless N Gigabit router and wow, what a difference. Now we can all be on at the same time and I have no issues with being kicked off. It is a great router, and well worth the cost of the upgrade.

Ethan first off it is easier to answer that question if we know your router.

OR...you can go to www.portforward.com and find your router there and then follow their instructions.

Here are the ports I have opened.

    80-80 TCP
    443-443 TCP
    5223-5223 TCP/UDP (or both)
    3478-3478 UDP
    3479-3479 UDP
    3658-3658 UDP

    I have a NAT-2 connection with this.

thanks. I've never messed with port forwarding before. Hopefully this will make my PS3 wireless connection more stable.
