PSW150 Setup Help

I have 2 PSW150 and confused on how to set them up! Obviously Sub-out on the preamp, but mu quesyion is on the PSW150 there is a L & R input on each sub. Depending where the sub is located do I just plug the sub interconnect from the preamp to the R or L on the corresponding sub or do I need plug into both of the inputs on each sub?
