whats the difference

hey guys,
i was just wondering if someone could explain to me the difference between component speakers and just like some regular 6x9's. is there a difference?
and what are coaxial speakers? just thinking of getting some that are notj too expensive. they would probably be amplified, so on that note, any suggestions?

Components have separate tweeters and midranges. A coaxial is a speaker that has a tweeter connected to it.
