Your chance to influence LSi

Do you own LSi or a comparable speaker? Do you have interest in or ideas about the next generation?

Beginning next week, Monica and I will begin a study on the LSi and its future.

We will invite two groups to participate. Sorry, but this study will not be an open forum although there may be findings that we will later explore on the Forum.

The format of the study will be similar to participating in the Forum. We will begin by posting threads to which the participants respond and elaborate. Much like a live focus group, there is a structure but the discussions are free-wheeling and can go in unexpected directions. The study will be open for about two weeks but regular participation will be expected.

There will two groups of 10 to 15 individuals each. Volunteers will have to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to participation. There will be PolkBucks awarded at the end for active participation.

If there are more volunteers than I have spaces for, participants will be randomly chosen. On Friday I will let you know if you're one of the 30.

Are you interested? If so, say so here.

Al

I'm definitely interested, count me in. I have several LSi7 and an LSiC, and also own some other 'non Polk' speakers that compare closely to the LSi7.

I hope I'm one of the random chosen few, as I'm sure you'll have plenty to choose from.

    Thanks

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I'm in. Got 7s now and have owned 9s, C, and Fxs. Tried them with a variety of amps of varying classes, and also have tried a few comparable speakers, including ones that easily best them.

I owned 9's and even considered 15's. I will own a pair again someday. I would like to participate because I think I could add some very constructive ideas. The LSi's are already a fantastic speaker, but refreshing them would be nice.

I have no problem participating. I assume this can be done online right?

if so, no probs at all.

I currently run LSi15's, LSiC and LSi9's in my theater. I have used the 9's and 15's in my 2 channel system quite a bit as well, so I know them from both standpoints.

    I would love to help

Currently an RTi guy for HT but looking to get into the LSi realm for music. Would love to participate since most of my listening is music and the RTi's aren't doing it for me.

I currently own some Lsi7s, just purchased some Lsi9s, briefly owned some Lsi15s and an LSiC as well.

However, I'll watch from the sidelines on the discussions. Polk has done really well for 30 years without my input, and I don't want to fix what ain't broken :)

Good luck with the chats! Build us some more great speakers, Polk!

I have an interest in the next generation LSi's. It's on my list of speakers for my speaker upgrade. I'd like to be considered if that is sufficient.
