crossover recommendations

i have a pair of rm50t for my fronts and a vm20 center, and im looking for a good crossover to my dsw600pro sub.

Surrounds - Polk RM8's
Rear Surr - Polk RM8's
Sub - Polk DSW600 Pro

    thx for the response, but after checkig the settigs on my receiver it only has like 5 preset crossover points that aren't changeable.
    50, 80, 100, 150, and 200hz.
    so i guess i'm kinda stuck, unless someone knows a way around this. its a pioneer elite 81txv.
