Who said it was illegal to enable all the features of a phone?
No one; I was just stating it for the record because usually when one uses the word "hack" it means some sort of illegal activity. And many people may feel they are "ripping" off the cell company, when in fact it is the user that's being ripped off.

Overall I've been very happy with Verizon service even though occasionally it drops calls. I was a little unhappy after I found out about how they seem to be the worst at crippling certain phones, but since there is a way around that it's not much of an issue.

Sprint and I have been through this numerous times were the most they could do was give me a credit towards my bill, which wasn't much but I wouldn't expect it to be. Anyways, the wife and I ended up signing up with Verizon today at lunch time. The biggest leading factor other than what I wrote on page one with siging up with Verizon was apparently the wifey gets a pretty good discount through Verizon beings Petsmart is a member of the employee discount program. Not sure if it is applied to the total bill or just her phone but any discount helps. Anyways, thanks for all your comments and recommendations guys. "Can you hear me now....Good"
