Played this some more again today at a friend's house. Sure is an awesome game, for sure!!!

I haven't played it a lot, so I don't know how to judge how far along he is or y'all are, but he's on his third safe house and about to unlock the third city.

I'm stuck still playing San Andreas. :(

The zombie thing is still up in the air. Some are saying you get the zombie in a speedo skin by reaching the highest rank in multiplayer. Some are saying it's a viral thing that you get if you beat one of the GTA creators in a multiplayer match.

I am having great troubles with "Concrete Jungle" and find it's a very long mission. After I kill the 3 runners, it takes me a while to outrun the cops. Then every time I'm at the town house, he gets killed...HELP !!!

Well, it depends on how you play and what you've completed in th past. I'm currently @ 13.8% completed. The heli mission called "Dust Off /UL Paper" is far in the game. If we follow the missions, you are much further than me. Does that help ?

Have you guys been taking the jumps? you have a certain amount you need to complete as a side mission.

If any of you need to know where which weapons are where or where the jumps are, pigeons, health kits or armor are, let me know I'll send you the info via PM.

    This game is complicated.

Complicated how? I would seriously make the suggestion that if you are having problems with controlling issues, the best thing to do is go to your safe house, and save. Then get in a car and just start rampaging, running from cops, shooting vehicles then chase them as they drive away, stuff like that. Then when you come back to the game and the story line, everything is much easier, or it will seem that way. One thing I love to do is get as many wanted stars as I can, and see how long I can survive. Drive through a toll booth at a high rate of speed will give you at least 5 stars.

Really overall GTA is for the most part a very easy game.

I guess I am not used to it. The only real games I have ever played are Rainbow 6 and Halo. These games take a little commitment. Not like Pac Man or Galaga.:) Don't get me wrong. I am enjoying it - you guys will just finish it waaaaay before I do.

Don't feel too bad, I'm taking the whole week off for some Cisco training. I won't be able to play again until this weekend. So you're ALL ahead of me now.

    This game is complicated.

I agree it can be complicated. The GTA series has always been harder than most games if you're actually following the story line. Hard may not be the right word - tedious might be the right one. You have to travel back to the mission start and sit through all of the loading screens again. That's my only real complaint with this entire series. As you get to the mid to later missions in the game they will often require you to do them a few times or more before you complete them (assuming you're not using cheats).

Have you guys noticed that if you do a burnout for long enough your tires will pop? I thought that was a cool detail they put in.

Oh yeah! Just about the first thing I did!

And if you get a good burnout going, then left of the brake just long enough to get moving, then get back on the brake and modulate it, you can do a continuous burnout all the way to wherever you're going! :D:D:D

If your tires get shot out by the cops then you drive on rims...even more tough to control.

    Im about 40% .....

Last night I did the Bank Robbery with ****......it was a long mission...but very fun...lots of action....and at the end of the mission..it paid off really nicely $$$$

one thing I don't like about the game is the upkeep on the relationships to keep everyone happy.

A boat was supposed to pick us up a couple days ago, but we haven't heard from them. Ben scares me, he was able to summon some kind of black smoke monster but I don't know how he does it.

    A boat..hmmm.

Wow, I'm so not far I guess. I complete Concrete jungle now I'm trying to finish the one where you kill the bikers, but I keep smashing the bike and he gets away. I have stolen 9 cars for Brucie so far. and Killed 1 Pigeon and completed 3 jumps.

I found a glowing pigeon last night.

Is killing them part of a mission?

Has anyone completed the "Wanted" mission. I'm having a hard time there as well as a side mission for LJ, I go to deliver the drugs 2x and there is no one there.
I am really getting tired of Michelle, she's boring and I hooked up with her enough times.

By the way, don't go asking your cuz for tonns of fares as I asked him for a whole bunch then I got a text from him saying that the other cabbies are upset so no more fares for me and the option is removed from my phone.
