Seeing as these are the #5 set of floorstanders sitting around my house, the whole system must go. I know I'm probably spinning my wheels here, but I'm just hoping someone local is craving some nice newer vintage pieces.
I picked them up from a friend about a month ago and they sounded phenomenal whenever I had them set up. However, I really don't want to ship any of these so local only. That's a limited group, but it's worth a shot before the old CL. Sold
Setup includes:
Polk LS50 in Rosewood - gorgeous looking speakers, have some normal scratching on the gloss from the 15 years since they were new, still shine and look great
Polk 350CLS center speaker - timbre matched to the LS50's, some wear on the corners and edges but nothing overly noticeable, great full-range sound without sounding boxy
Polk FX300i surrounds - bi-pole/di-pole selectable, sound great in this system, easy to drive, excellent condition
Everything driven with Adcom and Rotel gear since new. The whole system is starting to show it's age, but is still a killer setup and hard to beat for this price.

Yep, still for sale. I managed to clean the grilles and now they are even more beautiful than before. Thanks for the nice words everyone. I'm getting tired of looking at these beautiful things and not being able to keep them. Damned hobby... -

Everyone kicked this thread back up just in time. I was going to wait until today to list on craigslist, but now I'll wait a little longer.
amulford, you have a PM -
a bump before craigslist too good a deal to let slip by

Okay, I will consider shipping any of these if anybody is interested.
I realized that the dismantled couch cushions from a recently deceased couch and some sony speaker boxes I found in the basement would actually work quite nicely for packing up the LS50's. I am a pretty good packager (if that's a word), but with something like the rosewood finish, it's still a risk with shipping.
LS50's - $180 plus actual shipping
CS350 - $90 plus actual shipping
FX300i's - $80 plus actual shipping
Not really sure how to price these, so call me out if the prices are ridiculous. -
pm sent

your prices are VERY good.........bump for great prices

Sale pending to Amulford who should be coming by on Wednesday. If for some reason he doesn't want them, I will go down the list.
