In-Ceiling Speaker Help

I am installing in-ceiling speakers. I have a few questions.
1) I am afraid that my ceiling (made of sheetrock) won't be able to handl the weight of the speakers. Is there something that I can buy to install inside the ceiling, like a metal plate, to make it firmer?
2) I heard that insulation is good for in-ceiling speakers. What kind of insulation, where do I get it, and how do I install it?

Here are some mounting brackets: http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage.cfm?webpage_id=3&SO=2&CATID=16&ObjectGroup_ID=710
Any insulation should work; just try to use something that doesn't create too much dust. I don't think it would hurt the speaker, but it can't help. -
You should contact Polk or the manufacturer of the speakers. I contacted Polk about building an enclosure for my RC85I's. Polk responded with this line was considered "free-air" and to keep insulation away from the back of the speaker.
