    the suit, and the evidence provided should be public record. I wish someone would find out who the seller is vis a vis his seller ID. no one should EVER buy from that guy, and for good reason. a lawsuit for feedback? thats insane

    This is yet another example of why we need a "loser pays" system. You want to sue your hairdresser because you dont like your haircut? Fine, but if you lose or the suit is tossed out you have to pay all your hairdressers legal fees.
