Hi to everyone....
Just wondering how long it usually takes to get any info that Polk offers to mail to you. I called going on two weeks ago just to ask a few questions and the very professional representative was nice enough to offer to send me a manual....quite surprised, I of course accepted and gave my address, etc. Usually it takes only a few days to receive something via USPS so I was wondering how long others have waited before under similar circumstances. Quite possibly there is a backlog and I am just a little too anxious....

They probably forgot or maybe put the wrong address on the package. Anytime I've dealt with them (manual and poly switches) it's been about 5 days by snail mail. I'd call them again and put in another request.

Typically they are on top of things, must have just slipped thru the cracks; it happens
