Have my Polk system up and running, help on settings!

Dear forum, i finally have my whole system up and running in the el camino! I used almost all polk equip, and am excited to pound this system! I want to get all the setting correct, and would need some help with this please!
It consists of:
Subwoofers / Power
2 Polk Audio 12 MM2124 Subs
1 Polk Audio C500.1 Monoblock Amp
Speakers / Power
Polk Audio 5 dB501 Coaxial Speakers
Audiobahn 3.5 AS31Q Coaxial Speakers
1 Polk Audio C400.1 4/3/2 Channel Amp
Headunit
Clarion VRX775VD
Clarion CCA-673 iPod Connecting Cable
What should i set for the gains, fequencys, and all the knobs on the amps? (Pre-eq, ect)
