I tried cables everyone swears by, Shotgun S1's, and IMO they didn't sound that great at all in my rig. The Goertz cables beat them without a doubt. without rereading threads, i believe those polk cables needed to be used with some caution, somehow frying amps if something was done wrong, can't remember what it was to watch for off the top of my head, but i remember something being an issue.
