Detailing tip for those of you that dont have much time to wash your car

One of the hardest things to keep looking good on new cars is the part above the hood, where the wipers are at... its plastic -- its hard to keep a like new black shine on it...
I dont really condone using tire gel type products on exterior plastics because it gets all over the paint and is a **** to get off --
But since most of the time that plastic is recessed below the painted panels, it wont drip on your paint and it turns that plastic incredibly black...

Ive always used Armor All on it. Makes it look good as new for a little while at least. Helps keep it from fading too.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

Just for the record, that plastic piece is called a cowl.
And mine's actually painted the color of my Jeep, so I don't have to worry about that particular aspect.George Grand wrote: »
