The difference is in the tweeter and the crossover design. The TL is the better version. The TL can be upgraded using the RDO 198 tweeter while the T uses the RDO 194 tweeter. I also believe the cabinet of the TL does not have the beveled front edge like the T.

    That's is all I know.

    I have the T version.
I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D

I have a pair of Polk Vinage RTA 11TLs. I have been thrilled with these speakers since I bought them in 1991. I will be selling them since I moved into an apartment a no longer have the room or the opportunity to shake the rafters.

Guitarist - Welcome to Club Polk. Forum rules state you have to have a certain number of posts before you are allowed to sell on the forum. Every post you have made so far is trying to sell the speakers you have listed on craigslist. sorry but that is just not how it is done here.

Please feel free to stick around, teach and learn. Once that is established, add sell to the list. This is a great forum in part because we look out for our own. Stick around, membership has its privileges.
