Can i fix a driver that is stuck?

I have an older pair of Monitor 7C's Recently one of them seized up. If try to move it by hand it has no give. Is there a way to fix this or do i have to replace it.

If it siezed up under normal use, replace it...if it took a hit (dropped) take the driver out, and tap on the ceramic part of the magnet gently with a plastic mallot ot the likes to reallign the motor structure slot around the voice coil assembly. Depending on the circumstances, it can be done.
