800 RMS @ 2 ohms
Thanks, thats what I was hoping for! Their site used to say that, but now it says 600
Either way, I need to get my hands on these things! -
The owners manual and Crutchfield both say 800x1 @ 2 ohms.

Cool, thanks for verifying. I probably won't be picking these up until next year. I've decided to study this summer instead of work. And I'm using the money I have saved to get a new suspension setup instead of new amps. -

All I know is that when Car Audio and Electronics reviewed the SR12, they called up Polk Paul DiComo and asked him what size and type box he recommended he said 1.25 ft3 sealed. I figure if thats the size box they want a national magazine to review the sound of their sub in, then thats the size box I want SQ judges listening to.
mac im building a new sealed box, but is it:
1.25 plus the driver displacement? (1.39 total)
or 1.25 including the driver dispacement? (1.25 total)
thanksZ

I think it'd be 1.25 including driver displacement. So 1.25 cu ft will be the total volume of the box without the sub. You might want to wait for someone to verify, though.
