The home values were interesting. For my area it shows 3 bedroom homes (like I have) have dropped -.02%. Not bad for Michigan, as most other areas I checked in the state are showing -6% to -13% drop in values.

For my area, their data pool looks small. I can't say whether it's accurate or not. I can get much more data from local sources, public data on real estate transactions are online.Carl
