Pick a city state, then choose "Stats and Trend", then "Chart and Data" and pick Number of Sales. Check your market for number of sales from jan to march. makes me think twice before jumping in...

    The home values were interesting. For my area it shows 3 bedroom homes (like I have) have dropped -.02%. Not bad for Michigan, as most other areas I checked in the state are showing -6% to -13% drop in values.

    For my area, their data pool looks small. I can't say whether it's accurate or not. I can get much more data from local sources, public data on real estate transactions are online.
