Maybe they think they can sue GE out of making similar cords ...

... Or better yet ... Maybe we should alert GE to the fact that someone is trying to infringe on their stuff ... Now who's the David and Goliath ...

Feel free to leave a comment to that effect in the reviews tab of that web site.

Everyone knows that Ewoks are illiterate. And generally have herpes.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

I think I'll head to the store this afternoon and buy say I don't know 10-15 of Monster's best cables and see if they make an improvement in my setup. If by "chance" I'm not happy I'll just take em back tomorrow... open boxes and all :)

Let me begin by stating, without equivocation, that I have no interest whatsoever in infringing upon any intellectual property belonging to Monster Cable. Indeed, the less my customers think my products resemble Monster's, in form or in function, the better."

To throw fuel on the fire, I noticed yesterday at Fry's that Monster makes dryer hook-up kits: http://monstercables.com/productdisplay.asp?pin=1727. Does it make your dryer high performance?

It just helps your dryer produce more of what they are full of; hot air.

Now we know where all the money from the over priced cables goes..............to the attorney's fighting these ridiculous, frivolous and inane lawsuits. I guess it's cheaper than a really good marketing plan.

My neighbors would probably be pissed, but it would be cool to make a video of me lighting all my Monster Crap on fire.

Monster would probably try to sue you for defacing their name by burning it.

Well Polkies if you buy Monster anything you are supporting them. I don't care if it is used. If you want to sell them please don't post here. There is no need to purchase any of their products. I have a couple of their cables that are going to be destroyed.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

"In its trademark infringement suit, Monster Cable claims the miniature golf courses "are likely to cause confusion" with Monster Cable's portfolio of trademarks, which include Monster Park in San Francisco.
Other Monster Cable trademarks cover luggage, bowling balls and even mint candy."

"Monster Cable has a history of aggressive trademark protection. The company sued the Discovery Channel over its "Monster Garage" series and sued Disney over the film "Monsters, Inc.""

By far the funniest (most pathetic) thing I have seen on the internet in a long time. But why have I only heard about all this on the internet and not on any broadcast news?
