Amp to drive the SVS B4Plus?

OK, just saw on Audiogon where someone has a SVS B4Plus for sale ($1,200) It would be a 15 minute drive for local pickup for me. This is the 4 X 12" driver sub that requires a separate amp. I'm drooling as this 'might' be a little better than my PSW1000. 
:D. It's tempting at that price but it really depends on the kind of amp that is required. Has anyone used this sub or have any idea what is required to drive it?....or do I just save and pay $500 more for the SVS Ultra 13?

I'd guess one of those Crown amps that'll do 2000/4 would do that monster justice. I'd also guess nearly 2 U13s in output, not extention. Question is do you need it
. A single U13 will drive you out of most rooms with considerably more articulation and detail. Plus the thing weighs over 400lbs, IIRC. They are kind of an albatross due to size, but was ahead of it's time in the biggest/baddest category a few years ago.
