Got a pair of LS50s that I love. Been eyeing some new Polks (of course) and really don't know how they compare to the LS50's. Can anyone give me some insight ?

Thanks

I had LS50's for about 15 years and thought they were good too....then I tried the LSi9's. The 9's sounded much clearer and richer. I first noticed improvement in the separation and clarity of musical instruments and background vocals. And after listening for a while, it was obvious that they were better in every way including a punchier bass, wider and deeper sound stage and just an overall richer, deeper and more crisp sound.
