    ^^^+1. $514k is belly button lint to Sony! They'll probabaly send the check via courier, no lawyers involved.

    It's really a brilliant move by the software company only asking for 500k. If Sony sends if, then they have admitted to the crime and have left themselves open for further lawsuits. If by chance Sony declines and a trial date is set in the future, they are going to wish they could settle this issue for 500k.

    It'll probably cost Sony $500k just for their lawyers to sit around, have lunch and agree to send a check for $500k to settle.
    No excuses!
