PS3 Question??

Could someone tell me the differences in the 40 gig and the 80 gig? Are there more "options" with the 80 gig, or is the difference merely hard drive size? Im not much of a gamer. I do play games from time to time, so I think the 40 gig will have plenty of space for me.. I wouldnt be saving tons and tons of game stuff on there.. Im mainly getting one for the blu-ray, and of course the option to play games and entertain friends. Basically, I wanna know if I should get the 80 gig because I would be stupid not to, or is the 40 gig gonna work? Oh yeah, I have hundreds of PS2 games. Are these compatible on both of these units??     Here's a Venn Diagram comparison of all PS3 models.

    To answer your questions, the 80 GB version has limited backwards compatibility with PS2 games, while the 40GB has ZERO compatibility, meaning you wouldn't be able to play your PS2 games on it. The 80GB also has two more USB ports and the ability to read memory stick and other flash cards.

    If you can find a 60GB PS3 online (they're discontinued) it seems the best way to go.

    Thanks bobman.. Looks like I need a 60 or 80 gig, and I better not sell that PS2 just yet.
