Question regarding damaged RTi12 grill

I had ordered a pair of RTi12s from amazon.com that was delivered to me with damaged grill... As it was a cosmetic damage, I didn't bother to return it back. I read in one of the posts on this forum that Polk Audio is aware of the poor packaging that results in damage to the grill and is willing to ship a replacement...
I was wondering if anyone could validate that and guide me to the right channel to get a replacement.

    Call Polk Audio customer service and ask them.. see what they say.
