I'm use McAfee becuase it's free with Comcast.
When I cancel Comcast soon, I'll use either AVG or Avast. I've used AVG in the past with good results. The computer guru where my wife works reccomends Avast.
Oh, and Zone Alarm for a firewall. My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself. -
Another plug for AVG, I'm a happy camper.

AVG. There isn't a single anti virus program that is perfect, but AVG catches more threats to the average consumer than just about anything else. Second Avast. People who write viruses write them to do damage. OK if you are trying to do damage you need to knock down defenses. The 2 anti virus programs that are shipped with nearly every single computer in the country are? Thats why I don't use them, they are resource hogs, inefficient, and not free;)Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks
