:D hehehe

I brought home another pair of RTA 11 but this time, it's 11TL. I got it for $80. The guy even gave me 3 more bookshelf speakers(2 polk and 1 Sony). The bookshelf needs a new body though. Anyways, I've tested new pair and it almost sounds the same as my 11T. I really couldn't distinguish the difference. Anyways, I'm ecstatic with the sound quality of these 11TLs. It's the same feeling when I first heard my 11Ts. :)

Here are the new pics folks.

Then I moved it to the final position. :p

The 11T is the one with a goldish tweeter.

About the DIY sub, it isn't finished yet but I'm already using it. Right now, it's pretending to be a sealed sub. :p hehehe. Right now, the opening of the manifold is facing the floor. That's why I said, it's pretending to be a sealed sub.

It will be used for infinitely baffled setup. The drivers are two 18". I love it! It is wicked. It shakes the concrete floor badly and most especially the floor above it on LFE. I can also feel the air rushing through me when it produces LFEs. An example scene is when Sauron's finger with ring (LOTR) got severed by one of the kings of men. Then Sauron vanished/died and eventually his people. That scene is insane. Looks like that scene played 40hz downto 15hz sweep.

Anyways, my setup will be something similar to this. The opening on the lower part is the manifold I built.

I can't start my theater yet because I don't know what's going on in our company. It's been up and down very badly. I'll check our situation after 6 months. I'll be able to decide then if I should start my basement project.

What does the tweeter reflector do really?

    Thanks!

I also saw another TL here in Chicago craigslist. He listed it at $225.

I remember seeing a Polk Audio speaker(forgot which model) with 2 or 3 tweeters on a single floor stander. What is the advantage of having 3 tweeters?

    EDIT:
And also folks, where can I buy the small rounded plastic where the speaker cover/grill is attached?

Do a search on multiple tweeter frequency and several goos threads will pop up.
