I recently ordered 40 GLS Audio locking banana plugs from Orange County Speaker. They mistakenly sent me non-locking plugs. When I called to let them know about the error, they said they were sorry for the mistake and would send out the correct order right away. I asked them how they wanted me to ship back the wrong plugs....to my surprise they said don't bother, and to just keep them. All I can say is WOW!! Now THAT'S taking care of a customer.

I had something similar happen when I ordered 48 lockers...I got 8. I called them up and they sent out 48 more overnight. They are a stand-up operation, very easy to deal with.

Joe - Do you want to get rid of the non-locking bananas for shipping and a Polk Audio lanyard?
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

A rare collector's item that someday will certainly be worth more than the Hope Diamond...if for no other reason than the fact that dorokusai once owned it.

I wish it was that cool Steve.

Joe, it's a neck ID holder....like someone would wear in an office....but with Polk Audio on it. It's unused.

How many plugs do you need? And have you got a picture of this item?
