I was installing a Monster Power reference surge suppressor on the back of my equipment rack in order to protect my home theater components and sony RPTV, to do this I had to pull the right front Polk rt800i out of the way in order to get behind the component cabinet, now when I do this I normally lay down the speaker, but not this time like an idiot I left it upright and you guessed it! over it goes into my Sony RPTV screen.
So in my effort to protect my equipment I am now out $300+ as the cost to replace both the protective screen and the laticular screen on the Sony. Now I took it all with quiet dignity and grace (right)
