WTB remote for Carver HR-772

I'm looking for the owners manual and the remote control for a Carver HR-772 receiver. Or if anyone knows of a universal that works on this unit that would be helpful as well. Thanks.

    Any Logitech should work. Carver has two learning remotes, but you have to know someone with the original remote in order for it to learn all of the functions.

    I have a Harmony that's programmed to work my CT-17 and it does all the main stuff I need it to do. Plus, it works the Carver TL-3300 CD player even if I do have the original remote for it. Still nice to have one remote do it all.

    I have 4 Carver remotes, but one is a CD remote. I tried to find the model number for the remote you need, but didn't have any luck. Do you have the manual and if so what remote model do you need?

    Just checked the database for the URC Aurora remote I have for sale http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65666 and the Carver HR-772 is in the database.:D I'm positive this remote will control any other device you may be using. Just a thought.

    I have found a service manual that lists the needed Carver remote as RH-77. I've tried a Harmony 550 that has the HR-772 in it's database but with no luck. I haven't ruled out the possibility that the remote sensor in the receiver is shot but every other function works perfectly on this receiver and it still sounds delicious. It makes my RTiA7's sound unbelievable. No sub required when using this receiver. Thankyou to all who have posted so far. I love this community
