HELP: RM6680 to ONKYO 605 hookup

Hello, I just bought the RM6880 5.1 speaker system and the ONKYO-605 and I'm looking at the back of the subwoofer and I'm very confused as there is only 1 purple subwoofer in/out on the receiver and there is a "left/right" on the subwoofer and I'm completely clueless on how to set it up.

Also there is speaker connectors on the subwoofer and I'm not sure if I have to use those??? or if I can just connect all the speakers directly to the receiver?

If anyone can help that would rock!

Thanx!

Matthew :eek::eek:

    You can just run 1 cable from the LFE (purple plug on receiver) to your sub and plug it into the left or right and adjust the gain accordingly (it will still work the same, but usually the volume is a little less so just turn the volume up a little more to compensate) or you can buy a Y adapter like this

    run your speakers to the receiver.
