I painted my youngest daughters room today. So I put 5 mix CD's in the changer and put it on random. System is in my Master bedroom about 40 feet from the room I was painting. Freebe 5 disc Yamaha CD player/ Craigslist Technics SA-404 and my RTA 11T's. I started off at a pretty good volume because I was in another room and it sounded real nice with an abundance of bass. It made the task of painting a room much more tolerable. Even my wife commented on how nice it sounded and she even said "I think those are my favorite speakers."

All in all a win win and I think my daughter will now sleep in her room because it is pink now and not green.

I hate painting.
I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D

My first Polk speakers. Excellent sound for the size/price. Took a set of McIntoshes and later 1.2TLs to displace them.

    I Love painting.

It makes cool things like preamps and subwoofers magically appear in my basement.

    I also love my 11t's.
