Carver PM 1200

I read an ad for a Carver pm 1200, original owner, no mods for $350. in apparently excellent condition. Would this be a good unit to drive my LSi-15's using my denon as a preamp?

    I had a pair of the PT1250's which were practically the same thing. The PM 1200 will do a fine job.
