Need some expert opinion on tuners

I have 4 tuners available for a very reasonable price. I will mate one with a recently acquired vintage Yamaha CA-800. Probably pair that with the KLH-10's that I am getting from RuSsMaN. Or, maybe a pair of AR 2AX's that I may add on to the list of items from him too.
Here's the question - I don't want to listen to each these and I know many of you have great opinions and experience. Which of these tuners is the one or two I should grab?
JVC FX-97
Technics ST-K50
Kenwood KT-57
Onkyo T-4000

I had and just gave away a Kenwood KT-58, nearly identical to the KT-57. there is a reason I gave it away. it's a nothing special tuna.
*I gave it to a guy who won my auction for a Kenwood Basic C2 pre amp. I in all honesty could not take money for it. It was in 8/10 condition too. but it's a basic digital tuner.
so there you go. if you get it for free of under $5, get it. otherwise. pass.PolkFest 2012, who's going>?

Whichever one is listed with the most positive comments on www.fmtunerinfo.com.
If it's not listed, bring it to Goodwill....if it doesn't make the cut, post it on eBay. Those speakers are classic vintage....enjoy.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint. -
A lot of factors here Dave.
How much do you want to spend?
How much do you really listen to a tuner?
Do you want a new tuner with a remote?
Do you want to do DXing? (searching for distant stations)
For solid state, there are a lot of nice Sansui's out there. The 717 is excellent. These usually sell for $200 - 300 depending on condition. Look Here
Myself, I prefer the tube tuners. A nice Fisher FM-60 can be had for $200 - 300, a Scott L-110 (kit version of the 350) for about the same, my favorite is the McIntosh MR-71 about $700.
Here's a few pic's:

I listen to FM about 25%, XM about 45% (Polk tuner, signed), and CDs about 30%.
That would tell me that, for this system, a reasonable budget would be less than 100.
No remote for this system as it is mine, not my wife's...
Those suggestions are really, really nice though. -
Just email me, I've got a couple tube tunas that will make you **** your flat hat, even in MONO.
Bring $100 with you, and you can hear them for yourself when you pick your museam KLH's up. You won't have to waste time on BS 70's and 80's garb, that doesn't get great, until modded.Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service. -
there you go.. RuSs will hook you up with a sweet sounding tuna.PolkFest 2012, who's going>?

Random pointless comments ('cause I am sure Russ will fork over something good).
* The Yamaha CA-800's companion CT-800 was a fair-decent tuner (although, unfortunately, fmtunerinfo.com has said so too, so the price is probably unreasonably high for one today).
* The old (mono) tube Sherwoods remain, IMNSHO, the budget champs in terms of sound quality per dollar. I own a bunch of tuners (even a couple of relatively well-thought-of models), but I keep coming back to my S-2000 (AM-FM) and S-3000 (FM only).
